Oklahoma Community Organizer

Madison Lovell

Madison is an enrolled member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Raised in Oklahoma and throughout the United States as part of a military family, she developed a deep appreciation for the land, animals, and natural systems that ground her cultural identity. Guided by these roots, Madison began her work as a land protector by mobilizing grassroots movements opposing pipeline construction and harmful state legislation. She continues to advance environmental justice by centering BIPOC, rural, and poor communities that are most vulnerable to climate-related disasters.
