Dr. Lashale Pugh is the Assistant Executive Director and Research and Evaluation Director for the North East Ohio Black Health Coalition (NEOBHC). NEOBHC’s goal is health parity for the African American community, by rebuilding trust with the medical profession and improving quality of life. Dr Pugh received her Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Maryland. An interest in crows inspired her research on public health during the first outbreak of West Nile Virus.
